HOOPNOTICA FIT:
Prerequisites: None

The Hoopnotica Fit® program is designed for all fitness and hooping levels.  No experience required. Train, shape and strengthen your body with our cutting-edge Hoopnotica Fitness conditioning classes. From core work to resistance training to high-intensity intervals, this carefully designed, comprehensive hoop workout builds endurance and targets every major muscle group while defining your body from head to toe, whether you decide to put the hoop on your body or just use it as an innovative tool off body.  This carefully, choreographed cardio Hoop Fitness class will leave you toned, energized and wanting more.

Our HoopnoticaFIT Teacher training will educate you on the methodology and skills required to instruct the NEW Hoopnotica Fit cardio-hooping curriculum.  You will walk away with effective warm-ups, cool-downs, moves and complete routines to achieve serious results, that you can immediately implement in your own classes. Once certified, you will be included in our Hoopnotica Forums and mailers that will provide you with tools, guidance and ongoing support needed to teach this new iteration of FUN and optimum fitness.

HOOPNOTICA HOOPDANCE:
Prerequisites: Proficiency in Waist hooping, Halo, Floats

Our training educates new teachers in the fundamentals techniques of teaching Hoopnotica Hoopdance.  Trainees will be introduced to our unique and effective instructional language, with an emphasis on how to teach kinesthetic, visual and auditory learners.  Learn how to teach beginner movements such as hip hooping, floats and corkscrews.  Take the movements beyond your waist to make hooping a total body, core-conditioning system that stimulates the mind and soul and can be taught to all levels.  Certification is completed through written and practical exams.  Detailed grading and feedback are provided to support you in becoming a confident and effective instructor.
