HoopnoticaFit
This program utilizes the most basic movements and easy to learn Hoopnotica skills to focus on core strengthening, toning, balance and cardio fitness. With an effective warm-up, cool-down, moves and complete routine that you can immediately implenment and modify in your own classes.

HoopDance
Trainees will be introduced to our unique and effective instructional language of Hoopnotica, with emphasis on how to teach kinesthetic, visual and auditory learners the beautiful moves of HoopDance. Move beyond your waist to make hooping a system that can be taught to all levels.

Distance Training
Can't make it to a live training?  Learn from home and at your own pace from our award winning DVDs.
