Step 1: Register for your training program(s) of choice by calling 877-464-6676 or online via the Schedule page. You will receive our instructional DVD(s) and Teacher Manual to help you prepare.
Step 2: Attend a Level 1 or Level 1 & 2 Teacher Training Program
Step 3: Optional – Register for the Teacher Certification and complete at the end of your Training day(s)
Program Features:
Our Beginning Level 1 one-day training educates you in the fundamentals of teaching hoopdance. Move beyond your waist to make hooping a total body, core-conditioning system that can be taught to all levels.
Our Level 2 training, which you can attend after Level 1, builds upon the information taught on day one, increasing the intensity of the hoopdance workout. Level 2 offers additional fun and challenging moves that seriously sculpt the entire body.
Our acclaimed, easy to use curriculum is designed to make your students feel safe as they explore their movement inside of the hoop. In our troubleshooting, we teach how to spot errors and deliver positive cues that ensure your students’ success. We incorporate various functional fitness moves while hooping that make Hoopnotica a workout like no other.

Level 1 & 2 Combined Distance Teacher Training Program
Complete our incredible Teacher Training & Certification Program wherever you are, on your schedule. Hoopnotica® offers the ONLY Hoopdance Distance Training & Certification Program in the world! This program contains everything you'll need to learn our Curriculum, learn to teach others, and complete Certification through a practical exam (completed on video) and a written exam. You will be eligible for optional Annual Licensing upon successful completion of this program. Cost: $399
