Born on the west side of Los Angeles in 2004, Hoopnotica is the hot new trend in group fitness that is revolutionizing the way Angelenos “work out”. Just as much fun as the “hula hooping” you knew as a kid, but utilizing weighted fitness hoops and rhythmic movements, Hoopnotica is surprisingly easy to learn and impossible to put down.

Hoopnotica is a state of being; training your body to control the hoop as it revolves around your body. In learning these movements, you create a space in the world that is uniquely yours; a vortex spinning energy created and maintained by your core strength. The stress of the day begins to melt away as you lose the ability to focus on anything other than keeping the hoop up!
