Hi All,

I am new to hooping and I am hooked. I'm 40 & have three kids 11, 7.75 & 5 years old, one boy, two girls. I just discovered hooping through our homeschool group. I can't believe it is so fun and its really exercise. I'm planning to host a make a hula hoop Mom's night out very soon.
