About the Retreat
Our retreat is an ALL LEVELS experience. Some proficiency of Hoopnotica Level 1 DVD curriculum recommended, but not required. Retreat schedule will include daily courses on minis and twin hooping; evening hoop jams; mastery of tricks and transitions; workshops on everything you need to know in order to develop your own business in hoop education, and much much more! Hoopnotica certified Teacher Training (Levels 1-IV) will also be offered, for a small additional fee.

Guests at the Hoopnotica retreat will enjoy a restful and rejuvenating stay at the Domilocos Beach Hotel in the sleepy, surfer town of Dominical, Costa Rica. One can also take a 20 minute airplane flight from San Jose to Quepos and then take a taxi or rent a car to drive the remaining 30 minutes south to Dominical.
