Favorite Song to Hoop to: Perpetual Groove's version of "Naive Melody"
I went on a camping trip to Mammoth last year and a girl on the trip
had a hoop. She hooped away for hours, and inspired me in the process.
After I got home I got my first hoop and started learning straight
away. I'd hoop all day long in my yard- blasting away to good tunes and
sweating like crazy. A few Hoop Jams later, some Sundays spent with the
group on the beach in Santa Monica- and here I am today, bringing my
hoop up mountains.
Hooping makes me feel great! It tones and shapes my stomach and
promotes smiling and positivity! I like to spread hooping to as many
people as I can.

Double Hoops
Have you ever tried to double the fun? Working with 2 hoops is a new
challenge any hooper will appreciate. Here are some tips & tricks
for multiple hoop play.
1. Start Simply: Play
around with both hoops on your waist- practice moving around just like
you would a normal hoop. If you find they are starting to go out of
sync- do a solid 360 spin to get them back in line!
2. Separation: The easiest
trick to start your double hoop practice is to do a corkscrew with the
top hoop and leave the bottom hoop on your waist. So you are now
hooping on your waist AND in Halo!
Doubles is a lot easier with smaller hoops- like Hoopnotica’s High Performance Collection- Buy 2 and SAVE!
