Happy New Year!
This month is about completion and renewal. Forgive yourself for what didn't get accomplished last year, and set goals for new growth in 2008. Keeping your New Year's Resolutions isn't hard when you have Hooping in your life- try these tips to keep yourself on track to your fitness goals.
1. Take 5 minute Hooping breaks~ when other people go out for a smoke- go out for a hoop! This will not only help to spin away stress, but will also give your metabolism a boost in the right direction.
2. Set aside 30 minutes to hoop 3 times a week. Don't overwhelm yourself with new fitness routines or you'll be less likely to keep them in your life.
